Less wettability and anti-adhesion with LIPOCER©

LIPOCER© coating provides any surface with stable hydrophobicity for reduced wettability and adhesion. Materials like ABS, PC, PE, PP, PA, PEEK, PP; PA, PMMA, PPS, metals and rubber can achieve water contact angles > 100° and become less sticky. Small and micro structures are value added with a dry plasma coating process. Strict process control mechanism assure quality, reproducibility and easy handling with the plasma equipment.

PLASMA ELECTRONIC GmbH provides the Low-Pressure-Plasma equipment like the standard units CVD-Piccolo, CVD-Domino and Porta900 to apply these layers at low temperature, accurately, cleanly and cheaply to a wide variety of substrates - regardless of the substrate geometry.
